REGISTRATION TYPES AND FEE

REGULAR Registration Fee
The Regular Registration Fee entitles the participant to attend the scientific sessions, poster sessions, and coffee breaks, breakfasts and lunches. It also includes one (1) Banquet ticket to the dinner excursion at the Canadian Museum of Civilization which includes a guided tour of the museum (and transportation). Please note additional tickets for this excursion are available for an additional fee. 

STUDENT Registration Fee
This special Student Registration Fee has been established in support of and to encourage the participation of students actively involved in this area of study. Students have the same privileges as the Regular participants.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION

All participants are asked to pre-register for the Third International Workshop and Meeting on Laser-induced Incandescence. In doing so, you will benefit from a reduced registration fee and streamline your onsite arrival process. Registration without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

REGISTRATION AT THE CONFERENCE


The Registration and Check-in desk will be located in the Macdonald Lounge of the Lord Elgin Hotel and will be open during the following hours:

Wednesday July 30th
18:00 – 20:00
Thursday July 31st
7:00 – 9:00

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS


Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Workshop and Meeting Management Office prior to June 30, 2008. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date. All refunds will be subject to a set administration fee of $75 CAD.
