60 rooms have been reserved. 10 are in low-cost “appart-hotel” (http://www.hippotel.fr/wp/) well suited for two persons (even three on request).
Deadline for room hotel reservation is the 3rd of April.

Transportation
By car
Car is the best choice for people from Aeroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle and maybe from north Europe, Great Britain.
From Roissy, you will take north-west direction, thus circumventing PARIS. Travel is quite easy, well guided (250 km, 2h30, mainly highway). See map here.
By train
There are more or less rapid trains from Lille (between 1 to 3 hours) or Paris (2.5 hours) to Etaples, 5 km from le Touquet.
Some trains also exist from Calais (for Great Britain connexions) to Etaples

Shuttles will be available from Etaples to Le Touquet (3km)at your arrival.

By plane
For people interested to spend some time in Lille, or to visit PC2A lab, just know that there is a very convenient TGV connexion (50 mn) between Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport and Lille.
